• Establishing USofCare’s first comprehensive events strategy roadmap and year-round event calendar that integrates key programmatic initiatives, branding development, and network impact through increased engagement initiatives. o Organizing impactful in-person and virtual events and meetings for five different teams, including but not limited to town halls, symposiums, tradeshows, campaign launches, Hill briefings, Board of Directors meetings, and webinars. These events showcase the organization's vision to key stakeholders and attract support from policymakers, advocates, donors, and external C-Suite leaders. o Managing all logistical aspects of events, including venue research and contract negotiation, space configuration, project timelines, staff role assignments, on-site production management, and post-event deliverables.• Creating the foundation for a successful event team by implementing processes, systems and tools for effective event planning and evaluation.• Expanding the vendor network by evaluating potential partners, negotiating contracts, and implementing cost-effective solutions, thereby streamlining event operations and enhancing overall efficiency.• Developing and rigorously tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for events to drive strategic insights and enhance attendee engagement and overall event success.• Leading the creation of impactful event communications to foster a strong and authentic brand presence and enhancing attendee engagement.• Creating, managing, and forecasting department and event budgets to ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards and achieving financial targets.
