Position highlights include:• Lead the Community Cycling Center brand in all communications and marketing materials, including the website, e-newsletter, appeal letters, brochures, social media, and the shop• Represent the Cycling Center at coalition advocacy tables; develop an advocacy strategy screen and implement advocacy goals strategically• Manage the organization's marketing budget; cultivate and negotiate estimates and contracts with vendors to ensure efficient use of resources• Develop and manage St. Velotine’s Day, a pilot project that involves bike shop management and volunteers to send typewritten, bike-delivered velotines. Oregon Walks is committed to promoting walking and to ensuring that walking conditions are safe, convenient, and attractive for all people in Oregon.Position Highlights: * Crafted the organization’s legislative agenda and stewarded the successful passing of the Crosswalk Safety Act; worked with a coalition of legislative partners to pass funding and policy legislation in Oregon, including Connect Oregon V and Sharing the Road on Narrow Residential Streets * Developed Photovoice project with Adelante Mujeres to describe transportation barriers and needs experienced by Latinas in rural Washington County through their stories * Coordinated the research and outreach for the “Getting Around on Foot Action Plan,” which served as the organization’s foundation document for policy advocacy on the state, regional, and municipal levels * Piloted Walktober, a community-based walking series in partnership with 26 diverse organizations * Worked with board leadership to update and implement the organization’s strategic plan * Designed and implemented educational programs at the Immigrant Refugee Community Organization, and at local elementary schools and senior centers * Stewarded the complete rebranding of Oregon Walks (formerly the Willamette Pedestrian Coalition) * Researched, wrote, tracked, and reported on grants secured from foundations and local and state governments

Green Empowerment envisions an equitable and sustainable world where everyone has equal access to basic necessities of daily life—water and electricity.Position Highlights: * Coordinated individual fundraising efforts, exceeding $250,000 annually * Managed fundraising events, including an annual plated major gift fundraiser and a 35-mile bike ride fundraiser * Coordinated volunteers, developed publications, and developed website and online organizational tools * Ensured the maintenance of accurate financial records, satisfaction of funds’ restrictions and subsequent use, and meaningful reports for Executive Director and Board of Directors * Provided support and coordination of office and outreach endeavors

Position Highlights: * Coordinated surface support for tsunami volunteer salvage divers in Thailand * Briefed new volunteers daily on project objectives and safety guidelines * Provided on-site guidance for dive camp volunteers * Led skindiving teams—composed of volunteers from four continents—which gleaned over 100 tons of debris from Koh Phi Phi’s coral reef and shallows
