Brady Street Business Improvement District (BID#11) - Specialized Director in the management, promotion, and continued development of the Brady Street BID which includes nearly 100 properties with a total assessed value of $62 million. Brady Street consists of 10 blocks running east and west from the Milwaukee River to Lake Michigan. From every day necessities to the extraordinary, you'll find it here, in a neighborhood where the emphasis is on community, with locally owned and operated establishments, each with its own unique flavor. Our signature event, the Brady Street Festival in July, attracts 50,000 participants in celebration of one of Milwaukee's most iconic neighborhoods.
