As an experienced marketer, senior program manager, and entrepreneur, I paved a non-linear career path that has offered me a breadth and depth of professional experience in the energy, consulting, fitness, and higher education industries. In my current role as an Associate Director at 3Degrees, a B Corporation that helps utilities and large companies implement renewable energy solutions, I am responsible for managing 7 utility voluntary renewable energy programs, including fostering client relationships, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating with the supply team to source RECs and carbon offsets. In the past year, my team and I have achieved the largest single-year program growth in company history, bringing 25,000+ new customers on board.Before 3Degrees, I was a small business owner. I operated and successfully sold a Pure Barre franchise, managing all studio operations, hiring and team development, marketing and sales strategy, and financial planning. I wore all the C-suite hats, from CEO and CMO to CTO (chief toilet officer, unfortunately). Plumbing woes aside, I was able to negotiate and close the studio sale at the full asking price. Throughout my varied career, I have demonstrated my ability to effectively market to B2B and B2C audiences, develop creative solutions to complex problems, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
