Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, and in collaboration with the Executive Chef, developed and presented new concepts and menu items to the Brand President and Directors of Operation and Finance for review and approval for over 100 core items and in-house recipes.

Coordinated the training and installation for restaurant point-of-sale and back office technology solutions including Red Prairie Blue Cube / RBOS (Restaurant Back Office System) and Pay-at-the-Table (secure debit and credit system) for 106 locations across Canada.

Reporting to the Director of Operations of Southwest Ontario performed quaterly food safety, store cleanliness, operational compliance, and health and safety audits at 40 franchise and corporate locations. Created a new audit protocol including new, more objective criteria based on Ontario Food Safety Standards and Brand criteria.
