We opened our doors in March 2023 to our Pucon community and Mamacita was an immediate hit. We were the first and only Mexican restaurant in Pucon that presented live music every Friday and Saturday. This project has been the most challenging endeavor and I have learned a great deal about business management including how to manage a team of people and manage finances. My business partner and I created the concept, the brand, and the menu, implemented all the software systems, hired staff, and managed contracts.
