Ensure safe and efficient working environment with crew of two staff carpenters, deck chief, one carp/deck crew swing, two interns and a varying number of over-hire staff. Maintain inventory, communicate needs to Technical Director and Assistant Technical Director and facilitate experiential education of interns.

Lead changeovers during run of TWELFTH NIGHT and TITUS ANDRONICUS as well as end of season strike.

Act as carpenter/welder/rigger for additional four main-stage productions and three second-stage productions. Materials include wood and aluminum; technologies include pneumatics, Shopbot CNC router, motorized lift, and Stage Technologies batten and winches with Nomad interface and eChameleon software.
