I am a highly motivated and passionate CIPD accredited HR practitioner with a range of generalist and project experience, currently working on an international scale.Starting my HR career with the Co-operative as a volunteer within an HR Administration function, I progressed through project and generalist roles before making the move to a longer term, strategic HR opportunity within the thriving nuclear industry at Studsvik and then on to Mayborn Group, home of the Tommee Tippee and Gro brands. My personal focus is on delivering a quality service – positively impacting organisational performance through innovative HR practices in an industry where technical expertise is a precious resource. In a previous role as a nationally accredited Internal Reviewer for Investors in People my focus still lies with driving forward continuous improvements for the greater good of the organisation and its workforce through fit-for-purpose people, competence and development strategies.
