As a Project Manager, I was responsible for managing global projects that span multiple departments and business units. My primary project in this role was the global roll-out of a new sales planning application for 1200+ users in 25 countries, supporting a $1B ad business (developing business requirements, user acceptance testing, training, marketing strategy & documentation development).

As the Training Manager I was responsible for designing, developing and delivering a department-wide training curriculum for all of Global Sales Operations.
