Monitored IRB inbox for important emails/ unaddressed emails and flagged accordingly for IRB administrator.- Extensively researched different regulations and policies for the IRB team, including org charts, data use agreements, photo ID requirements, HIPAA privacy changes, privacy laws in CA, etc. Research included contacting different organizations via phone to obtain information about their collaboration with the (NCI Community Oncology Research Program).

- Collaborate with the Shapiro Lab on a study of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) in K-12 education, with a focus on the dissemination of SEL training from state to county levels.- Utilize the BERT NLP model to refine a machine learning model for analyzing SEL training module transcripts.- Implement the refined model to identify key themes such as emotional resilience and generate association scores, assessing alignment with these themes in other training transcripts across various California counties.

Designed and conducted a study comparing the effect of various biologically-derived substances on the inhibition of cyanobacteria growth. Process involved collecting water samples from Lake Anza and isolating for algae on BG-11 agar plates. L-lysine and citric acid were used in growing isolated algae samples, and growth was measured by spectrophotometer. Statistical tests such as the ANOVA test were used to determine the statistical significance of study results, and results were written and presented.
