Duties & Responsibilities 1) Responsible for sales profitability, Operational execution, In-House training and service orientation in all retail store under my charge in Singapore. Work out action plan on training/customer service.2) Monitor sales performance for all retail store under my charge in Singapore. Set up standard for district to follow & maintain standard.3) Collaborate with other departments to develop strategies and activities to achieve excellent Sales. Look in good selling/no stock items to feedback to buyer to repeat.4) Create a simplified and fun learning environment; build a strong working relationship with all staff level and develop their maximum potential.5) Responsible for sales receiving, sales collections & analysis monthly report of store .
