• Executive Assistant responsible for handling and scheduling time sensitive material, assist in preparing client contracts, setting up new clients in the system, organizing meetings, updating calendars, coordinating events, travel coordination, marketing development, and additional errands• Office Manager tasked with coordinating day-to-day activities throughout the office, including connecting departments, running reports, compiling spreadsheets, purchasing, scheduling, training, and handling expenses • Processing Accounts Receivable including check processing, applying credit card payments, bank deposits, processing and updating billing, invoicing, billing inquiries, and updating account information• Collections Agent charged with handling of past due and post net-15 accounts. Duties include reaching out to clients via e-mail or telephone regarding their outstanding balance, providing methods to receive payment and reconcile account status. • Human Resources Assistant tasked with ensuring employees are provided and understand their employee benefits, federal/state laws, and company assurances. Provide new hires literature and information regarding their health and financial benefits including health, dental, life insurance, vacation, PTO, 401k, and health programs.
