Key Responsibilities:1. Analysis of project and understanding project requirements and specifications.2. Preparation of shop drawings and specifications. 3. Preparation of Method Statement, Risk Assessment and documentations.4. Preparation of work schedule and reporting to Project Manager.5. Monitor work progress, identifying issues and reporting project status to the Project Manager.6. Attending meetings and preparation of MOM.7. Preparation of weekly project reports as per client/consultant requirements.8. Coordinate and manage internal project works.9. Preparation of O&M manuals.10.Reviewing and verification of As built drawings upon completion of project prior to submissions to client/authority.11. Interact with design team/client to understand project requirements and specifications.12. Perform quantity survey.13. Floating enquiries, inviting quotations from suppliers, preparation of comparative statements (both technical & commercial).14. Preparation of technical bids and estimates.15. Preparation of procurement schedule as per project requirement.16. Assisting in finalizing rates for sub-contracts/suppliers and release Letter of Intent.17. Arranging all documents and drawings for proper handing over of project to client satisfaction.
