Fulfill the recruitment cases for the clients (specialized in manufacturing industry), the process is including position requirement analyzing, mapping, name target companies, candidate screening & identification, cold call & warm call, qualifying on the phone, face to face interview, summarize and recommend candidate to client, arrange candidate’s interview with client, candidate’s salary & background check, offer negotiation and also care of candidates’ on board etc.2.
