Current-Microsoft 365 & Cloud Support: Provides expert support for Microsoft 365 apps and manages Azure cloud services, including migrations and user management.-Active Directory & SCCM Management: Administers Active Directory, troubleshoot issues, and manages SCCM for software deployment and patching.-Database & IT Systems Support: Supports Oracle databases, resolves performance issues, and ensures system security and optimization.-Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversees IT procurement processes, manages vendor relationships, and tracks inventory and contracts.-Problem-Solving & Project Management: Strong troubleshooting skills, project management experience, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.-ServiceNow Support: Manages and resolves incidents and service requests through ServiceNow, ensuring efficient ticket management and issue resolution.-Device Setup & Configuration: Build, set up, and configure PCs, laptops, and phones for end-users, ensuring devices are ready for seamless integration into the organization’s IT environment.
