I am a Corporate Recruiter at Driven Brands touching all areas of the business.I have developed strong relationships, recruiting, and interviewing skills that enable me to connect with diverse candidates and clients. I am passionate about finding and retaining the best talent for our organization, and I value collaboration, innovation, and diversity.As a Corporate Recruiter at Driven Brands, I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for all of our brands across the board. I work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs, create job descriptions, and design effective recruitment strategies. I also manage the candidate pipeline, conduct interviews, and provide feedback and guidance throughout the hiring process. I use various tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and more, to reach out to potential candidates and promote our employer brand!
