PwC's Transactions Services team provides Due Diligence services to Private Equity and Corporate clients on both a Buy-side and Sell-side basis. We receive raw management data from target companies and perform analysis to test the Quality of Earnings as well as working capital needs. Our work allows our clients to have a proper understanding of the company in question as they approach the negotiating table.Personally contributed on over 20 projects including a $5b divestiture from a leading chemicals manufacturer and a $2.5b divestiture of a leading private label food manufacturer.
