While at LECOM I was responsible for maintaining, servicing, and calibrating a variety of equipment including but not limited to: (175) dental chairs/delivery units, (28) dental sterilizers (3) Industrial Scroll Air Compressors, (17) 2D Panoramic x-rays, (17) intra oral x-rays, and (58) patient simulation units. My daily duties included, managing incoming work orders, outsourcing repairs, speaking with and organizing contractor/vendors. At the same time working with student doctors and doctors alike to troubleshoot problems in a fast-paced patient servicing environment. Additionally, covering our second location across the state of Florida.

Duties include: schedule management, daily parts inventory, marketing to clients, emergency repairs, documentation of invoices/work orders, equipment sales from inception to delivery, customer service to over 340 offices.-$91,424 in increased territory revenue. Increased amount by 107% from previous territory manager.- $48K secured annual through maintained service contracts.- Cultivated and grew repeat business from current customer base as seen by invoices greater than $1,000 increasing from an average of 9 per year to an average of 40 per year, with the average amount of the invoice increasing by $1,000.- Assisted in mentoring, guiding, and training less experienced technicians throughout the company.- Managed office renovation projects from beginning to end, working with contractors to make sure that the proper electrical, plumbing, and pneumatic systems where in place, as well as researching proper documentation for said installations.

• Completed contract work for Modern Biomedical at Coral Gables Hospital located in Coral Gable, FL.• Performed scheduled maintenance and repaired complex medical equipment such as the, GE OEC 9900 C-Arm, GE OEC 9600 C-Arm, and a GE Lightspeed CT scanner. As well as a Vetros Chemistry Analyzer which in turn resulted in a cost savings of $16K.
