I lead Harrang Long’s regionally recognized appellate practice, representing private and government clients in Oregon and Washington appellate courts, as well as the Ninth Circuit. I handle appeals on a wide range of issues, including complex business disputes, government regulation, constitutional and public policy matters, and professional licensing.More generally, I represent public bodies, political organizations, regulated businesses, and private individuals in matters at the intersection of law, government, and public policy.
