About Sterling Anderson

I am a BLS certified and TS-C surgical technologist at Providence Medical Center where I enjoy working in collaborative teams to increase patient comfort and ensure patient safety. I am currently a medical school applicant for the incoming class of 2025, and am excited to apply my experience as a scribe and surgical tech to be a better future physician for my community.I graduated from the University of Kansas where I studied Finance and pre-medicine. Through the leadership roles I held while at KU, I have developed several skills including: organizing people and events, mass communication, keeping and maintaining detailed records, leading by example, engaging in sensitive conversations, and delegating tasks.I am also a FAA Certified sUAS Remote Pilot and enjoy aerial photography/videography.My other hobbies include: Hiking, Camping, Snowboarding, Basketball, and Guitar.
