People come to technology for many reasons. For me, it has always been to reduce barriers and ensure people have the best access to the tools they need. I've always been tech-minded and excel at complex products and problem-solving and am passionate about using that innate skill to help others understand the products they need. Because of this passion for helping people and the emergent solutions technology provides, I am especially enthusiastic about startup environments and SaaS products. With over eight years of support experience, nearly six of which were remotely supporting a complex SaaS product in a growing startup, I am both ready for and excited to support startups seeking to make people's lives just a little bit easier.
