The redevelopment of the Historic Harbison Dairy Complex in Kensington, Philadelphia transformed an iconic but dilapidated 1890' dairy processing plant into 86 apartments, 20,000 SF office space, and 2500 SF retail space. The project was one of the first institutional-scale Opportunity Zone projects in Philadelphia and included the restoration of Philadelphia's iconic milk bottle (built 1917).I partnered with Doug Jordan and his company, Southwood Properties, to develop the project. As Managing Partner my primary roles were site acquisition, deal structuring, managing architectural design, coordinating PR, and commercial leasing negotiations.

The JRP Group is a real estate fund focused on purchasing distressed residential and mixed use properties directly from banks and through mortgage and tax foreclosure. We work through title issues and renovate the properties then sell them into Philadelphia's booming real estate market.My role with the company includes raising capital, directing our research teams, bidding at auctions, coordinating construction with architects engineers and contractors, and making final purchase and sale decisions on properties.

The Housaontic Group is revitalizing an old warehouse in the booming Northern Liberties Neighborhood of Philadelphia into a modern, mixed use space with exposed brick, polished concrete floors, and 20 foot ceilings!When finished the project will preserve an original 1920's art deco facade and boast over 7000 sq feet of open floor plan office space and 2200 sq feet of prime retail space on North 2nd Street.
