Innovation is, by far, my most valuable skill. With a Master's of Science in Innovation & Entrepreneurship, I have fundamentally integrated the process of innovating with most of my routines. Thus far, I have helped several small startups find direction and establish necessary management systems, metrics, relationships, etc. My data collection and review practices are cutting edge, and I love to brainstorm new ideas.I am seeking more experience in the tech world, specifically in Product or Project Management. In my grad program and beyond into my personal time today, I have been deeply studying the concept of agile project management frameworks; I have yet to hold a position that implements agile/scrum practices, though. My current ambition is to get a few years of project management experience under my belt, ultimately to become PMP certified. I am an ambitious musician & audio engineer with skills in performance, composition/songwriting, production, and all aspects of live sound & stage management. I have an excellent ear for live & studio mix engineering and hold the position of Main Stage A1 at the Flux Festivals in Arkansas. Audio engineering work, especially mixing or recording bands, has been some of my favorite jobs to take. I also coordinate conscious events and concerts networking quality lighting, sound, deco/environment, etc., which are often constructed with health and sustainability values in mind. I am currently working on music at Sirius Frequency Studios, and I DJ as SubLingual SoundSystem.My highest goal is to be a positive creative influence on the growth & development of humans & humanity, whether it's sharing uplifting experiences or helping proactive businesses.
