About Julianne- -⏱️Ems Educators’ Advocate

As an EMS faculty and program director I struggled to balance RESPECTING my adult learners’ TIME while also accumulating the documentation I NEEDED to stay accredited. I basically refused to use a tool which was not DIRECTLY additive (beneficial) to the learning environment and my students. But the new SMC (2019–with that beastly Table 2!) made my old paper system obsolete. So, I started building what we actually need—an upgraded kit that leaves the old tackle box in the dirt.Every time a student interfaces with STERLING CREDENTIALS, THEY get educational value while YOU get all the records you need. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. All this without a 10-hour or two-day training needed. I can get you up and running in about an hour (we’ve done it multiple times as we “rescued” cohorts-in-progress). Students and adjuncts are fully functional in about ten minutes.I’m Julianne Stevenson, founder of Sterling Credentials (www.CoATheEasyWay.com) which we’re building out as a central repository for your institutional documents and wisdom—too many perfectly good programs are burnt to the ground as Director turnover approaches 40% annually! With our EDS (Educational Documentation System) there will no longer be “archeological digs” in search of what the previous director did! Additionally, we’re handling administrative things—it’s like having another full-time employee on your team.In my specific situation my dad was given a 12-month prognosis JUST as I was assembling my first CoA Continuing Self Study Report. So, I was pissed (bc, somehow, that is safer than the fear of losing either Dad or my job) to be facing a mountain of work and preparation that I could neither delegate nor avoid. I swore nobody would ever have to struggle alone like that again. We’re building towards “1-click CSSR”…not there yet, but I’d like to invite you to learn more and see if our respective missions make for a good match.I am a rule-follower who isn’t particularly enamored of entrepreneurial risk; however, it had to be done. How many times have you said, “I wish we could just build our own”? Join us and influence the growth.Use your power for good, and give us a look: www.CoATheEasyWay.comI’m an active (and imperfect) follower of Christ, I want to SOLVE THE PROBLEM...even if it means we invent and execute a novel approach. To connect with a long-lost tribe member: https://calendly.com/julianne911/ems-program-booster

𝐄𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 we’ve reached “all-in-one” status for educational tracking for any level of prehospital provider with special tools for the notorious CoAEMSP SMC.Our Skills Tracker stores the 📌ACTUAL electronic skill sheet (including scoring, comments, and evaluator signature). Never hassle with reproducing, storing, sorting or filing physical skills sheets again! Resistant to fraud, too, because students cannot “evaluate” themselves—only classmates and faculty may.Live Skill and Clinical Tracking is made easy. NEVER again worry about proper routing of data—we’ve demolished that maze. Students are clearly directed rather than having to learn or guess how to do it “right.” The reporting interface is modeled after professional reporting platforms for a more realistic experience. We’re just real people serving other real people.
