I have always had an inclination towards running numbers and identifying how to stretch that dollar a little farther. In my role as Business Analyst, I've enjoyed employing this passion through increasing sales and profitability.Working in a smaller local office environment for a large international company has afforded me opportunities in an array of areas. My main responsibilities have included:- assisting in the month-end closing by reviewing sales and expenses for our Western Canadian operations- compiling and disseminating weekly production reports for management to track work in progress- evaluating past production data to forecast future productivity- reviewing, approving, and keying payroll for sixty employees- creating annual budgets for all territories- preparing all financial information for submitting project bids- billing external clienteleI'm an expert with Excel and Powerpoint and proficient with SAP.When I'm not crunching numbers, I can be found enjoying the outdoors with my wife and our three kids. I enjoy hiking, camping, playing sports and spending time with family and friends.
