My passion for the creator community began in 2004 when I started food blogging while working full time as an editor at the Los Angeles Times and Architectural Digest. I moved into digital marketing in 2007 and have since been focused on the intersection of brand building and storytelling through authentic, creator-led marketing.In 2013, I co-founded Collectively with the goal to create exceptional creator-led marketing. I have since been at the helm in driving the vision, growth, and success behind Collectively, a values-led, global agency--recognized by Fast Company in 2018 as one of the most innovative companies in marketing and advertising.In 2020, I navigated Collectively through an acquisition by The Brandtech Group (formerly You & Mr Jones), which included the merger of their existing influencer business, theAmplify, to create one of the largest, most comprehensive global creator services and technology companies. Recently named a finalist for Leader of the Year by Digiday, I have also see our client work recognized work with wins in the OMMA Awards, Shorty Awareds, Webby Awards and Effies.
