I was given the opportunity to implement an updated water infrastructure system at the University of Minnesota Morris. Essentially, there was money sitting in an account for this purpose that wasn't being used, so I was hired for the direct objective of researching and working with Facilities Management to implement "Hydration Stations" (plastic-bottle-reducing water fountains) into the best positions around campus. By the time my work was completed, there were 15 Hydration Stations put into place that have already saved more than 10,000 plastic water bottles from being dumped into landfills, in only a matter of months.

I worked diligently to assist customers in finding what they needed from the retail part of our store. I also aided customers with their cellular devices as an indirect agent for Verizon Wireless, working with the customers to maximize their usage abilities with their phones. When needed, I set them up with any Verizon Wireless device they need - whether that was phones, mobile hotspots, tablets or anything else.
