With over a decade of experience in big data and machine learning, I am the CEO and co-founder of SmallTalk2.me, an AI-based tool for assessing and improving spoken English. SmallTalk enables companies and educators to quickly evaluate the language proficiency of candidates, employees, and students, and helps non-native English speakers enhance their ability to communicate in English. I lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our innovative and user-centric product.Previously, I was a senior product manager at Yandex, the leading tech company in Eastern Europe, where I was responsible for the multimedia search engine with 30M daily active users and web search related to video scenarios. In my role, I launched many successful products and features, including film and TV show searches; consistently enhancing search algorithms and recommendations. I also worked a lot on user experience as well, that was loved by our customers. I launched a social impact app for deaf people based on speech recognition technology, which helps them communicate and feel more confident in public places. Before that, I set up a product manager school to develop superstar product managers. Now it's a strong HR brand for hiring young talents: thousand candidates apply every year, more than 500 alumni for 10 years, many of them get Head of Product positions. I am passionate about applying AI to solve real-world problems and create value for users and businesses.
