Market development and sales, testing, registration and introduction of varieties and/or hybrids from Apsovsementi S.p.A. portfolio in Balkans area (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary).

- Managing import and sales of peat and substrates program together with acquiring new suppliers and registration of new peat or substrate products (from 2017). - Managing trial station "Celarevo" (from 2016 growing season), where are tested new varieties of vegetables, fertilizers and pesticides together with performance testing of chosen varieties (tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, watermelon, melon, sweetcorn, corn, wheat... ) in different growing conditions. Trials are done in open field conditions (3.5 ha) or greenhouse conditions (0.2 ha). - Maintaining and improving good business relations with VIP growers; - Maintaining and improving business relations with sub-distributors, improving sales and marketing actions of those sub-distributors; - Finding new markets for existing portfolio or new vegetable varieties for existing markets, sub-distributors, VIP growers and test-growers (for new varieties); - Creating demand on the market for products from company's portfolio. All this activities are executed on county level (Backa, Banat).

Main activity is new variety introduction and positioning. Main part of this activity are variety trials (from first level tests up to demonstration production), choosing adequate variety for targeted market and strategic position of those trials at test growers. Second part of this activity is marketing position of chosen varieties. Other activities are: - Maintaining and improving good relations with VIP growers; - Maintaining and improving good relations with sub-distributors, improving sales and marketing actions of those sub distributors; - Finding new markets, sub-distributors, VIP growers and test growers; - Creating demand on the market for ZKI Zrt. products. All this activities are executed on country level (Serbia). Some achievements that i have done so far on this position are: - Improving variety (blocky pepper) position on market via price repositioning of existing variety; - Repositioning of brand new variety (blocky pepper) so it can cover two markets instead of one, followed with introduction in new market; - Reactivating business relations with some sub-distributors that had ceased their work with company in past; - I have started cooperation with paprika industry via introduction of paprika pepper op-s from company portfolio, and i have started hybrid varieties introduction in paprika production.

Following production process on company fields, 9000ha, with 4000ha under irrigation system . Monitoring all production stages from plowing fields, through fertilizing, seedbed preparation, seeding fields, monitoring crop health, and harvesting. crops which i monitored was corn (FAO 300-700), wheat, barley, soybean, sugar beet, silage maize, sweet corn, green beans, peas, paprika - pepper and seed crop - wheat, barley, soybean and corn (FAO 300-700).Apprentice exam passed with success on July, 28th 2011.
