API certified mechanical integrity Inspector responsible for complying with Lubrizol standards, governmental jurisdictional requirements, API/ASME code/Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices pertaining to inspection, repairs, alterations and re-rating of process containing equipment (PCE). Review welding procedures and welding processes (GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW) for fabrication, repairs, modifications, and alterations. Preparing and issue inspection plans for turnarounds, internal and external pressure vessels inspections, internal and externals atmospheric Tanks inspections, pressure safety devices inspections and additional special inspection schedules in a yearly basis.
