As team lead, successfully negotiated zero percent affordable housing contribution on all 4 sites via a Financial Viability Appraisal process, along with a reduction to CIL payments and S106 contributions by challenging the Local Authority’s method of calculation. I developed the Public Art Strategies on both Chapel Riverside and Meridian Waterside sites within a limited budget. Chapel Riverside, Meridian Waterside and Carters Quay were awarded several accolades, including the South Coast Property Award for Best Regeneration Project of the Year, the International Property Award for Best Mixed-Use Development, and the First Time Buyer Property Award for Best First Time Buyer’s Apartment.
