Founded substitution equipment with simple design and inexpensive compare to tractor/bulldozer with a higher performance to handle the rainy season and heavy land area. 2. Founded new concept of Forestry business to improve current system for eg: IUPHHK known as replacement for HPH-TPTI. Current IUPHHK system make the big land area not productively works and not have significant impact for the government nor stake holders.This concept will be integrated with the national forestry mapping and holistic management of Forest to create an optimum value added for national and international forestry business an environmental issue.Palm business area:1. After moved from Forestry unit in Buru Island to work in the Palm business unit MAKIN GROUP, during the palm plantation and CPO mill orientation trip, founded several improvement in engineering for minimize operational cost and investment for eg:- replacement of imported harvesting tools, made the design for national palm industrial use.- mass transportation system for palm harvesting from field to CPO mill with pure monorail design for 3 generation of palm using and simple/low cost in construction investment.- invented new method for palm oil extraction to replace the pressing system to improve the timing and output.- invented new palm business system to eliminate the weakness of Inti-Plasma system.- simple pension program to maximize the benefit for member on retirement.Energy area:- invented new power plant for community/factory use - non fuel or forest resources burning, non nuclear, non geothermal
