- Perform problem solving at project and progress report directly to Project Director ( Jaya Karya Intergrasi ) - Managing the following Jaya Karya Integrasi 6 subordinate staff ( as Mechanical, Electrical, BMS Engineers and Document Control ) - Managing Sub Contractors or LLE Mechanical ( -Dahu, BMS , Chiller, Diesel Engine) & Electrical ( MV-LV & Panelboard, FXMR , EPMS , UPS )- Coordinate commissioning activities with subcontractors, LLE vendors - Integrated commissioning activities into construction micro schedule - Commissioning Specification serves as the basis of data center project to ensure consistencies during system verification - Testing all equipment MEP scope of work (Transformers, Switchgears (MV/LV), Switchboard, UPS, EPMS & BMS , Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, DAHU,DEHUM, MAU, HVAC, Chiller ) - Resolve issues for MEP scope of work and deficiencies raised- Manage execution and documentation of L1 – L3 testing for electrical & mechanical scope of work- Collect completed L1, L2 & L3 forms from subcontractors & LLE vendors and report sign to consultant Project- Drive issues resolution with subcontractors & LLE vendors- Monitoring Methode of Statement ( MOS) Cx L1, L2, L3, L4 Script and IST- Review of design interfaces, schedules and specifications and ensure information is clear and unambiguous .- Advise the Client of any potential shortcomings. - Review of General Contractor QA/QC PlanProject handle : Data Centres CGK 063 ,CGK 65 ,EDGE-2, PURE DC
