PAVEMENT REHABILITATION WORKS AT LAE PORT. Assist in preparing vetting memo for Contract Document. Assist in preparing payment documents for Claim No. 1 for PBIL PGK 4,990,546.60 (GST Incl.). Attended site visits and project meetings. Review of Drawing Arrangements. Review of Contractor Sequence of Works/ Layout Sequence of Works.4. CONDITION ASSESSMENT & SITE INVESTIGATION REPORT.TIMBER KERBS – BERTH 3, LAE PORT.This was my own project given to me during my internship.Stevar Eugenio | 2PROJECT BRIEF:The replacing of the deteriorated timber kerbs along trestle 1 and 2 with plastic/rubber kerbs. The newdesign will improve operations safety and while providing a new aesthetic look to the structure.Activities I involved in: Carried out a Condition Assessment & Site Investigation Report. Conceptualized recommendations. Identified and listed down the Scope of Works & BOQ. Deduce project total costings from the Scope of Works. Wrote a Business case memo to sought funds from PNGPCL Board.

I was assigned as Trainee Civil Engineer to one of the company's project which was the Upgrading ofMadang Resort Hotel Wharf.My roles include: Checking all rebar spacing conform to design drawings by senior engineer. Check concrete mix consistency using the slump test. Provide weekly project progressive report. Assist in calculating volume and procuring ready mix concrete from local supplier. Do weekly inventory checks. Maintain safety high level of safety on site.
