CurrentDirectly responsible for the uninterrupted delivery of the multiple listing service and all related aspects of the Canopy MLS product and services portfolio.Directly responsible for maintaining the Canopy Realtor® Association and Canopy MLS IT infrastructure to include hardware, software, networks and systems.Directly responsible for managing physical and financial resources to insure the consistent and timely delivery of IT services to staff and MLS services to membership.Manages the planning, implementation, maintenance and support of all aspects of the MLS system to include: Hardware, Bandwidth, Functionality, Redundancy, Disaster recoveryWorks with staff, vendors and consultants to plan for future needs to fulfill future requirements.Acts as project manager for the implementation of new systems, products and services.Maintains a familiarity with all aspects of many different real estate related products and services in order to provide insight and direction.Assists and directs the IT Manager to plan, implement and maintain systems necessary to provide technology services internally to our 50 person staff.Assists and directs Sr. Software Developer to deliver custom programming functions to assist our staff in their daily duties.Serve on various national boards of directors and/or committees as needed.- Council of MLS Board of Directors (2016-2018)- Real Estate Standards Organization Board of Directors (2011-2013, 2017-2020)- MarketLinx/CoreLogic Tempo Advisory Board (2007-2012)- Marketlinx/CoreLogic Fusion Advisory Board (2012-2013)- Realist Advisory Panel (2009-2013)- CoreLogic Trestle Advisory Panel (2016)- ShowingTime MLS Advisory Board (2016-2020)- NAR MLS Standards Workgroup (2020)- NAR Federal Technology Policy Committee (2020)
