Develop automatic test equipment (ATE) test software programs for acceptance testing of various military and commercial avionics products. Responsible for maintenance of all ATE’s for Army Helicopter Mast Mounted Sight (MMS) program, including repair, upgrade and calibration (internal and external). Responsible for $500K+/year expense budget for capital equipment maintenance. Support Product Test department in all aspects of production hardware testing and troubleshooting for MMS program. Train test technicians to perform acceptance testing from circuit card assembly level (SRU) to box level (LRU) and system level.

Responsible for maintenance of all ATEs for MMS program ($100 Million/year revenue), consisting of a variety of general purpose full function ATEs (GPIB and VXI based), wire harness testers, Optical test benches, and environmental stress screening chambers (ESS). Related tasks include troubleshooting faulty ATEs and ITAs. Coordinate repair of faulty equipment between internal and outside supplier for repair and/or calibration.
