Payroll Project Manager (IT) responsible for migration of Halfords UK Payrolls from Unipay to a ResourceLink SaaS offering hosted by NGA. • Worked with Business Project and Procurement Leads to develop a structured procurement approach, down selected 6 suppliers to 3, completed supplier reviews, invitation to tender, scoring and selection of preferred supplier (NGA). • Worked with Halfords Business PM, SCS (outgoing supplier) and NGA to develop high level and detailed project plans, covering deliverables, milestones and stage gates, using a hybrid of Halfords and NGA PM methodologies. • Established the use of Atlassian Confluence to manage all project and technical documentation for the project. • Managed all IT resources (BAs, Solution Designers, Integration, Data Migration and Test specialists) to deliver high level and detailed requirements, functional and technical design, payroll rules, build of data migration and interfaces to and from Halfords’ internal systems (Dayforce HR and General Ledger), and test plans covering system, integration, smoke and functional tests, UAT and parallel run.

Personally developed contract schedules and final tender elements relating to on-boarding of new suppliers and transitioning of services.
