Starting the company as an implementer of MYOB EXO we quickly found that with an ERP you are well served to have development capability. Starting as a single developer I built the team to 10 and handed it over to a full time manager.During my time as an owner at Exobiz I have been involved in the following:• Led implementation in rolling out MYOB EXO ERP, MYOB Advanced ERP, Employer Services Payroll, MYOB Advanced Payroll; and regularly monitored product performance.• Built and mentored a team of implementers, documenters, project managers and consultants to roll out and support ERP and Payroll solutions to small and large organisations.• Fostered positive relationships and worked collaboratively with key stakeholders – to gain an understanding of customers’ requirements and maximise opportunities for the coordination and delivery of projects.• Built a team of software engineers, testers, documenters and help desk to build and support internally developed solutions.• Designed, coded, documented, and developed software including Delphi, C#, and PHP.• Worked extensively with databases, mainly MSQL Server and MySQL• Exercised judgement on the development technologies to be used and mentored staff members.• Managed the day-to-day operations of the small business including supervising, training, and coordinating around 40 staff; and sold MYOB and Exobiz software products to business partners and customers; and presented demonstrated to customers.

Founded the internal development team. Developing in Delphi using client-server and cloud technologies. We rolled out new internal tracking tools to multiple branches. We gave disparate teams the ability to record their progress and share and compare against teams around the country.
