- On site Technician at Everen Securities trading firm 1993-2003- Total responsibility for maintenance of PBX switch Northern Telecom, Octel Voice Mail, audio conferences, Hoot and Hollers, worked extensively with CBOT, CME, and CBOE Exchanges on circuit/booth orders/installations/troubleshooting. Maintained Northern PBX switches, and Meridian Mail (Voice Mail System) Call pilot, and symposium for remote locations across the country. - Total responsibility for IPC (Trade Net) Turrets , this included, moves adds and changes, troubleshooting, repair, cabling and working with the vendor.- Respond to phone problems, moves, adds, and changes and troubleshooting. Performed line coordination between IPC and customer Logger conversations.
