Our principals are real estate experts with 130 years of combined experience successfully acquiring, managing, developing and selling residential and commercial real estate properties across the country. Investment activity has included retail, industrial and office properties. Since 2010 our development focus has been concentrated on multi-family housing. Current portfolio contains apartments, grocery anchored retail, and land well suited for hotel development, build to rent product, and senior housing.

Acquired $750 million of office, industrial, and retail product in the North East, Mid Atlantic, and Mid West regions of the country through a wide variety of joint ventures established with institutional and high net worth partners.

Led team of 25 people responsible for the underwriting and acquisition of over $4 billion of distressed real estate portfolios at Archon; a joint venture between JE Robert Co. and Goldman Sachs.

Developer focused on the creation of a large suburban research and development park that was sold to UPS, and the conversion of numerous urban properties to retail and multi-family use including seven condo conversion projects in Boston.

Director of Development for the firm during the period of time when Spaulding and Slye was the most active suburban office building developer in the Boston area. Directed the development of 10 office buildings.
