Managed the development and implementation of code relating to systems in the customer/marketing space. Projects varied in size and were a mix of applications primarily focused on Unisys and Windows applications.

Having worked in a range of roles including 20 years Project Management covering a wide range of technical areas including Unisys Heritage, SAP, CIS, HPNS and SQL Server, I have a broad base of knowledge and a lot of Project Management experience. I have completed Prince2, ACMA, CIB, ACCA (L2) and more recently SAFe Agile exams and worked within a range of business areas providing broad technical and business understanding. My work has included years of experience working in large programs and on migrations such as Current Account migration from Unisys to SAP.While much of my recent experience has been around later project phases through to implementation and warranty support I have previously taken Projects from start-up including setting up the SAP Data Services team at Nationwide.I have demonstrated an ability to work in an agile and innovative manner within the delivery framework, as well as a good delivery record in terms of timelines, budget and low subsequent incident rates.

Delivered the SAP Data Services transformation processes used to migrate current accounts from the legacy Unisys application to new SAP Banking platform initially on customer requests for the new current account product offerings as part of the Voyager Programme. Subsequently managed the ETL process using SAP Data Services (SDS) to migrate accounts in bulk to SAP as a later phase of the Programme. After initial pilot migrations these ramped up to migrating batches of over a million accounts over weekends.

Set up the SAP Data Services tool and a team to develop transformation loads for SAP.Led the team defining and developing batch transformations from SAP to mirror those currently on Unisys HeritageLead a team developing the ETL to Transform Customer data from CIS to load SAP BP/TC and managed the subsequent migration.

Led the development and implementation of BASEL SQL Server data Warehouse hosting all data on the Banking and Savings accounts along with associated customer data.

Led team developing and implementing customer and Mortgage, Credit Card, B&S and Loan feeds and hooked ODS database into a customer level behavioural scoring application. Work included defining the Unisys extracts. Started as in design before moving into Project Management.Prior to this worked in a number of roles, moving between design and build across a variety technical and business areas. Originally started as a Mapper Analyst/Programmer working primarily on Treasury and Finance applications prior to moving on to Current Account applications linked to the start of Nationwide offering banking products.
