I am currently seeking a estimating position , been working as a self-employed steel consultant, and doing structural steel estimating and project management. I was the President of Southwest Steel & Southwest Architectural Metal in Nevada. Southwest Steel has three plants two in Las Vegas NV and one in Phoenix AZ. The facilities have in excess of 100 employees in the shops and additional 50 in the offices. Additionally, Southwest Architectural Metals is located in Henderson NV and currently has approximately 25 employees. They were performing about $78MM worth of work a 40% increase in sales since my joining the company. In addition, I am President and owner of Andree Steel Consulting, working with companies that are in turnaround situations. Providing expert witness testimony and working with companies in the steel fabrication and erection business. Prior to starting this company, I was President of Steel Supply & Engineering Co. (SS&E), a structural steel fabricator with four fabrication plants. Three of the fabrication plants are in Michigan and one additional facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. We performed approximately $80 million dollars’ worth of structural steel fabrication annually. I was a member of the Executive Management Team, for the Armada Group, the parent company of SS&E. I have over 48 years of diverse experience in the steel fabrication and steel erection industry.I was an active member of the Central Fabricators Association; served on the Board of Directors for two terms. In addition, I was affiliated with The Great Lakes Fabricators and Erectors Association, National Erectors Association. I am a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (A.I.S.C.) in addition I was on the Advisory Board to the Chairman.
