I assessed the need for, produced or acquired, and delivered all corporate training for employees,with a focus on supervisors, managers, executives and work teams. No program existed and the process of assessment acquisition and delivery has been ongoing. Delivery was with teams, live and webinar formats were used.During much of this time I also managed a training group of 4-5 instructors involved in designing, developing, and delivering instruction in DOT, FMCSR, emergency preparedness, and environmental regulations.

I developed, maintained, updated, and delivered Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR) training. I supported customer requests for training and information and assisted in the development of new courses as needed. I consulted with clients on FMCSR and Hazmat transportation concerns and questions.In 2007 I provided about 300 hours of instruction in 9 courses. A total of about 30 classes offered.
