In his 35 years of practice, Steve Apolinsky has helped deserving families and individuals recover over $80 million from insurance companies and from corporations. He believes that people from all walks of life, no matter their financial resources, should have access to high quality, knowledgeable and aggressive legal counsel, equal to the big insurance companies. Steve is passionate about the pursuit of justice and securing fair compensation for individuals and families who have been injured or who have lost a loved one. Steve's practice is focused on negligent security cases, in apartment complexes, hotels and business complexes and occasionally for car and truck accidents. In lower income communities, mega apartment complexes do not do enough to deter crime. Their focus is collecting rent and they would rather pay for liability insurance premiums instead of devoting the resources necessary to secure the safety of residents and visitors. Unfortunately in some cases, negligent security can result in very violent crimes. During the first 6 years of his career, Steve represented big insurance companies, so he knows exactly what it takes to fight for what is fair and just on behalf of his clients. He is kind and compassionate, yet extremely aggressive in getting adequate compensation. Outside of the office, Steve is married to the love of his life and has raised two incredible children. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Inter Atlanta soccer club where he has raised money for scholarship athletes and has helped secure more field space so more children can play soccer. He has also raised thousands of dollars for Paideia School's Financial Aid program. Former Board member of Leadership Dekalb and the American-Israel Chamber of Commerce.
