Hired to take Nautica Isles from planning stage to a productive community of 997 homes. Directed team of superintendents and warranty personnel, which achieved 32 closings a month, with a third of sales due to customer referrals. Created original master planned permits for 15 model types, taking municipality approval process from 90 to 30 days. Managed and successfully completed, ahead of schedule, 9 models. Created the construction process, (schedules, quality forms, homeowner walkthroughs). Maintained high standards of quality control and homeowner satisfaction, confirmed by outstanding pre and post construction consumer surveys.

Led construction for 25 semi-custom homes in Delray Beach and Boynton. Handled all aspects of construction after contract through closing and customer service. Provided Building contractor's license for all construction.
