My colleague and I discuss major events and happenings in the four major American sports (hockey, football, baseball, basketball). My month at Bemis was spent being a jack-of-all-trades intern. I worked in a plethora of departments. In accounting I assisted with filing / organizing bills + other expenses and secondarily overseeing lists of credits and debits. In marketing I helped create portfolios for tradeshows, organize clients files + send off information and creating handouts of product or striping material for use in research. In shipping I cycled-counted product, assisted in helping move plastics or other materials to desired locations and learned the intricacies of logistics.
