I am a highly experienced, strategic and passionate procurement and supply chain executive leader and I possess experience within Australian, Regional and Global FMCG, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing and Franchising industries. I am currently leading the People and Operations team at NAB Ltd with seven direct reports covering strategic sourcing and category management of Recruitment, Learning and Development, Probity, Valuations, Wellbeing, Health, Print, Post, Logistics, Records Management and other key people and operational services for the last three years.I transformed various Procurement teams establishing a category management process, implementing, recruiting and building functional capabilities whilst establishing robust category planning structures. My team leadership resulted in increased spend consolidation to achieve targets within the financial year, delivered improved customer service performance and new product development initiatives within a franchisee, indirect and direct manufacturing environment.Previously I was a member of the Patties Foods Leadership Team reporting directly to the MD/CEO of Patties Foods Limited. I have expertise in Procurement and Supply Chain Management developing and implementing commercial strategies,utilising stakeholder engagement, strategic sourcing, outsourcing, category and supplier relationship management methodologies and systems (P2P SAP) to deliver sustainable improved value outcomes. My experience includes industries such as; pharmaceuticals, franchising and FMCG with Bristol-Myers Squibb, Cadbury Schweppes, Patties Foods and Retail Food Group. Areas of exposure from a Global and Asia-Pacific perspective, include full outsourcing, commodities management, raw materials and finished products as well as Indirects (logistics, fleet, services and capital equipment) for food and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.Whilst utilising my collaborative stakeholder and leadership skills, I have delivered and built Procurement capabilities and value from a Greenfields basis to establishing teams that perform at an industry standard.My career objective is to be a Procurement leader delivering broader strategic business value within an agile and dynamic organisational culture that is also focused on growth and development.
