CurrentAs Head of Structures, I exhibit decisive and proactive leadership in managing the group's structural design division. I utilise strategic acumen in formulating progress and presenting directly to partners as part of the decision-making process. I effectively ensure the timely delivery of all construction projects in collaboration with the project stakeholders, client teams, local authorities, architects, MEP teams, and all other sub-consultants. I project manage the design development phase from conception to construction documentation, while resolving contractor and site-related issues. I earn recognition as a co-participant in the development and implementation of commercial and tender activities, including value engineering. I efficiently align operational procedures with BIM (Revit) modelling standards and ensure Navisworks coordination across all disciplines.
