Steve Baldwin is President and CEO of Steven Baldwin Associates, LLC, an aviation consulting firm helping airport management and policy makers improve their airports. Prior to the inception of SBA, Steve was a Senior Vice President of the Louis Berger Group, responsible for the firm's National Aviation Practice. While with the New York State DOT, Steve served on the management team responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of Stewart International Airport in Newburgh and Republic Airport on Long Island. Steve provided staff services to two governor-appointed airport commissions and served as the Governor’s congressional liaison on matters concerning overflight noise in the lower Hudson Valley and on Long Island. Steve also served two years in the NYS Governor’s Office as Assistant Deputy Director of the Governor’s Office of Regulatory Reform.Steve is an active commercial instrument rated multi-engine pilot and flight instructor with both land and sea plane ratings. He holds a BS degree in Airport Management from Florida Institute of Technology and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the State University of New York, Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy.Steve is a past Chair of the Associates/World Business Partners Board of Directors, Airports Council International - North America (ACI-NA) and continues to serve on the Airport Board of Directors.
