• Owner of all global Business Intelligence platforms with over 3,000 users and 400 applications used internally and by clients. Responsible for the BI roadmap and technology strategy for all of JLT• Group wide GDPR and SOx IT Programme lead accountable for, among other, data loss prevention, classification and retention tools• Built and led a permanent team of 40 based in the, UK, US, Australia and India made up of architects, developers, solution specialists, project / portfolio managers and application support staff• Accountable for over 100 applications including SaaS, off the shelf and in-house developed solutions• Transformed the organisation into one led by data driven decisions by influencing senior stakeholders across the business and implementing a federated data and Business Intelligence operating model

• Active member of the IT Executive team working directly for the Group COO and CIO with responsibility for all business intelligence initiatives and architecture across the JLT Group globally.• Responsible for the global Business Intelligence IT platform with over 1000 users and 300 applications from infrastructure, software and vendor management.• Managed development teams in the UK and offshore to deliver desktop and mobile solutions for both internal and external client use.• Implemented lifecycle management operating model for full support of applications from cradle to grave• Drove the business data strategy promoting the use of data for business decision making purposes and led workshops with C-Level executives to drive a cultural change within the organisation.• Developed and led data stewardship initiatives to cleanse data and ensure consistent reporting.

• Led a permanent team of 12 including project managers and developers based in the UK, Russia and India working on multiple concurrent projects• Responsible for the development and implementation of the Finance Business Intelligence strategy providing a toolset to over 1000 users in the UK, US and Asia with an annual budget of over €7m• Delivered a multi-year programme of work to deliver €3m in annual efficiency savings through efficiency savings and tool rationalisation• Key tools used by the team included QlikView, Cognos, SSRS, SQL and Informatica ETL• Led the Finance MIS Steering Committee with Managing Director level members across Finance • Architected and led the implementation of a finance data warehouse and reporting suite consolidating data from multiple ledger systems and implementing accounting rules such as intercompany netting• Led, through the full development lifecycle, multiple QlikvVew projects focusing on Balance Sheet and Revenue analytics including Risk Weighted Assets and Basel III liquidity

Client: Top tier London based Investment Bank – Finance Transformation Programme• Developed the Programme Cost Model to manage budgets over 70 projects and over 300 resources and produce monthly cost tracking reports.• Led sections of the Business and IT Target Operating Model deliverables through workshops with Managing Director level stakeholders.Client: European Commission – Solvency II• Developed a governance model for working with SMEs from the 27 European countries including billing processes and knowledge exchange.• Created a detailed 6 week project plan and a 9 month programme routemap.• Ran risk and issue workshops and implemented process for ongoing management.Client: Top tier London based Investment Bank – Finance Integration• Set up a PMO for the Wholesale Finance integration including development of governance processes to ensure production of project plans and weekly reports.• Managed client staff in the PMO alongside other consultants.• Led the production of papers for the weekly steering group.Client: Norwich Union Insurance – Operations Transformation• Developed a process to tracking and prioritising solutions to address key business issues.• Led the production of business cases for each chosen initiative.• Created resource plans for the initiative and put in place controls to ensure ongoing maintenance of plans.Client: Norwich Union Life – Finance Transformation Programme• Delivered the overall integrated programme plan and ensured alignment across 9 programme initiatives.• Co-ordinated regular updates of the plan through a network of 5 project planners.• Developed a solution for prioritising business requirements across the programme and prepared documentation for technical specification by the Offshore development centre.• Delivered a programme routemap for the Norwich Union CFO demonstrating key activities carried out by all initiatives across the programme lifecycle.

• Managed concurrent IT implementation projects in Business Objects, Siebel and eCommerce tools with responsibility across all areas of the project lifecycle• Working across 7 technology teams led the process to develop AXA UK’s IT strategy for two years• Developed a Programme Office team responsible for regular reporting and portfolio management across AXA UK IT, presenting resource plans to the Senior Management team on a weekly basis• Supported up to 20 project managers in developing their plans and budget• Managed relationships with 30-40 suppliers of Business Application Software including Siebel, Accurate, SAP, SAS and Business Objects
